I am beyond honoured and excited to be your wedding photographer!  We're going to have a lot of fun, and you guys just get to be yourselves and enjoy your day.  The way I choose to photograph weddings is to simply and beautifully tell the story of your day.  I use a combination of documentary, lifestyle and portrait photography, and when they are combined, you get the best of them all and a true reflection of your wedding.   I LOVE love, and photographing weddings is always a true joy for me.  Here are a few FAQ's, however we will go over all the details at our pre wedding meeting/s.

why do you have a second shooter?

This is the way I choose to photograph weddings for a thousand reasons, but the main one being that having a second, highly skilled photographer there ensures that there is complete and full coverage of your day.  Before the ceremony, I stay with the bride and bridesmaids, capturing all the getting ready bridal prep, while the second shooter stays with the groom and his guys to capture all the details there.  As the beautiful bride is walking down the aisle, not only do we capture her face as she approaches her besotted groom, we get his reaction to her, too.  Not only do we get the first kiss, we get both sets of parents reactions to the first kiss, too.  While the bride and groom are having portraits done, candid of the guests laughing and enjoying canapés is covered.

Having two photographers means the package I deliver to you is a complete reflection of your wedding day.

let's chat about the money stuff..

I offer my couples one package, and boy is it packed full of only the good stuff.  This package ensures I won't miss a single important part of your day - all the key moments are covered from bridal prep, the ceremony, family portraits, bridal portraits, your guests and the details of the reception.  That added with a highly skilled second shooter to cover groom prep, guest festivities and all the moments in between ensures complete and full coverage of your day.

The package is priced at $3490 (all details can be found here).  A $500 deposit is required upon booking to secure your wedding day.  The balance is due the week before your wedding, or alternatively, if you would like a payment plan, that can be arranged.  Just ask!

Gerenerally, you will receive between 500-800 edited, high resolution images on a USB.  Your USB will be ready and and delivered within 6-8 weeks after your wedding.

do you travel?

You don't even need to ask!  I will travel anywhere from Daylesford to New York to capture your wedding day.  Just let me know where you're getting married and I can quote any applicable travel fees from there.

are our images edited?

Yes!  Images are colour corrected and perfected to the highest standard and you can expect finished images that are the same standard as you see on my website.

why is the timing of our ceremony so important?

I always suggest to my couples to consider the timing of their ceremony and bridal portraits so that, lighting wise, it takes place at the optimum time of day for photographs.  Choosing the right time of day where the light is even, and golden can make such a huge difference to the look and feel of your photographs.  If you would like to know more, we can chat about this at our pre wedding meeting.

why are you such a big fan of unplugged ceremonies?

Because I want your photos to reflect your guests faces and reactions to your wedding moments.  You've invested in a photographer to capture your day, so let your guests relax and view your ceremony with their eyes, not through their phones!  This is purely a personal choice, however if you would like to discuss it further, we can chat at your pre wedding meeting.

Yes!!  If you would like a wedding album planning meeting we can do that in the weeks following your wedding where we compile your album together before ordering.
